Keita Recites

Lately, Keita has been, (sometimes randomly), reciting rhymes.

We just bought "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish" about a week and a half ago and since then, he's made us read it twice a day.
Last night, he was playing with a toy fish, and he commented how it was the color black. He then started to recite, "Black fish, blue fish.... old fish, new fish.... This one has a little star...." So I said, "This one has a little car", and he finished, "Say! What a lot of fish there are!"
It was too cute, haha.

And then, we were playing with MoonSand and I made a tower. He decided the tower should have stairs, which apparently reminded him of "upstairs and downstairs" and he repeated the whole "Wee Willy Winkie" rhyme without missing a beat. I was amazed since I haven't read him any Mother Goose rhymes in months... (we let him pick out bedtime stories, and he's just not into Mother Goose lately, I guess).

I'm just surprised at how much he's soaking up without us even realizing it :D
